2010 Major Interface Change

What's New in LexisNexis Academic for 2009/2010?

LexisNexis is releasing a significant update to the LexisNexis Academic interface for the 2009-2010 school year. There will be no change in content and only minor changes to most of the existing forms.

The most dramatic changes are in the color scheme, the navigation menu, and the Easy Search form. There are also a small number of additional search forms such as a "Landmark Cases" form under the "Legal" menu.

The most significant changes are highlighted below.

Easy Search

This is the home page for LexisNexis Academic, and it has been completely redesigned. This is probably the most dramatic change for most users. For a screen shot and details about the new home page, see [[

Help Text

As part of this update, the traditional help system in LexisNexis Academic will be replaced by articles on this wiki. This change will make it easier for LexisNexis staff to add help articles as needed and will consolidate the product documentation into a single location.
