Introduction
Administrative Law targets legislation and other government actions involving delegation of authority to government departments and agencies. The scope includes rulemaking processes, judicial review of agency decisions and the disclosure of governmental information.
Find Sources
To find administrative law sources for your state, follow these steps:
- Enter your state in the Keyword box
- Select "Administrative Law" from the right hand "Legal" topics box
- Click the "Find Sources" button
- Select the source(s) you want to search and click the "OK-Continue" button
Browse to Sources by State
To locate administrative law sources for your state, follow these steps:
- Select the "Browse Sources" option on the navigation menu at left
- Select Area of Law
- Click on the folder for "Administrative Law"
- Select "United States" from the Country dropdown box; a new box will appear with US regions and states
- Select your state from the new box to restrict the sources list to just your state
- Select the source(s) you want to search and click the "OK-Continue" button
Locating Articles about Administrative Law
After choosing a group source such as All News or Law Reviews, you can use Subject index terms in the Power Search form to zero in on articles related Administrative Law.
In the Power Search form, try adding the terms:
