After clicking on the PowerSearch form:
- Click "Show" (in the same spot as "Hide" on the above picture) to display the Add Index Terms boxes.
- In the "Subject" index terms box, scroll down to "Deaths & Obituaries". Select this option.
- Type in a name.
- Press the red search button to see your results list.
