News Search: Find An Obituary

Follow the instructions below to find an obituary by using the News Search form in LexisNexis Academic.

After clicking on the All News form:

-# Click "Show" (in the same spot as "Hide" on the above picture) to display the Add Index Terms boxes.
+# Click the All News link to get to the All News search form.
-# In the "Subject" index terms box, scroll down to "Deaths & Obituaries". Select this option. You may also notice that the source box will populate with all of the titles inside of the "U.S. Newspapers and Wires" file. If you wish to search particular sources, pick them out from this list.
 # Type in a name.
